Our specialized approach to professional support for individuals and organizations is rooted in the cultivation of personal agency.
INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:
This program includes a 1 ½ hour introductory session, several monthly checkins and requires a three month minimum commitment. Our primary goal is to offer support while providing a safe space to process, build and grow professionally. We want to see you succeed in using your agency to engage to advance Joy/Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (J.E.D.I.) in the world.

Who We Are
We are people of color with unique international experience and knowledge of education abroad. We have worked with thousands of students of color inspiring them to see themselves as global citizens. Our President and Founder is an HBCU alumna and has over 25 years experience in international higher education. With academic and experiential backgrounds as scholars, practitioners and study abroad alumni, who have worked at US higher education institutions and education abroad provider organizations, and as people with a wealth of global travel experience, we are uniquely positioned to meet the JEDI demands of the international education industry.
